BESTEST DREAM.....

The decision of going on terrace was very much successful and all of us enjoyed. After all, when we can bear our skin bitten by mosquitoes after drinking then the flowing sweet air was no less than a paradise, and indeed romantic.

The best part of it was not sleeping on the terrace although. Neither were the cigarettes enjoyed with ashish/arun. The best part came after a very beautifully calm sleep.

I somehow woke up at around 6 am in the morning. That was perhaps because of the warmth of  soft sunlight. Leave it. So to complete my uncompleted mission: S.L.E.E.P. I went ahead and took nap. But in the middle of the sleep I had a very very beautiful dream.

Anandbhau had me speaking like a parrot after litres of beer about girls in my life. I actually didn't discuss these things but the liquor did. Though I talked about Guddu and Dr.Ambedkar College girl, in the back of my heart I had sonu (name changed). How absurd but true indeed. I don’t know if my dream’s gonno be personified. Leaving that part is best in my favour.

I had put up a message on her fb wall. That was read by her. But she didn’t reply. I was many times coming face to face with her. But she somehow could not notice. But on that day when I was in the same shop where she was shopping, she took notice. I was full with happiness. No other joy was as enjoyable as this one. Then she asked everything about me like what am I doing here in Mumbai and this and that. "Why didn’t you contact earlier??" A hug...!!!! and I almost died.

I was enjoying every moment of that very ‘can’t happen’ dream. Later on she introduced me to her friends. I got familiar with all of them. And I also got too friendly with her.

She was looking very cute on the day when she invited me to her house. We along with some other guy/girl enjoyed the day fully. Then followed the saddest part-I woke up. Pardon me yar, it was dream only. And thus you don’t have any control on it.Whatever you see or dream are your internal feelings that are coming from the depth of your heart......

You know I have developed a habit. I can recall a song on every situation. Here is the one from Aatif aslam on my most memorable dream.........

I Too Had A Love Story...

"Parag, read 'I too had a love story’. I’ll touch your heart" said Sanjay. And being a fond reader that was enough to ignite me. That was it. I caught the bookstore, Crosswords Kandiwali, as soon as possible and bought it. It is a very peculiar thing with the readers that they will buy a book of ten bucks even if it requires you to shell out 100 getting it.

Believe me it really touched my heart coz after the love story by Erich Segal this was the only one which invoked tears i.e. emotions within me. I felt like can I do something to help these guys?

Ravin(der) and Khushi were in love. Thanks to shaadi.com which made them connect. They were made for each other kind of couple and best part was that their families also agreed to the thing. Thus, engagement was just near the horizon. But, as always, there is a turning point in the story without which the novel could not make as novel.

This is the worst part in the story. Your heart gets full of mercy, even if, had you been an emotionless murderer, for that matter Hitler.  Khushi leaves Ravin without thinking of a coming again in his life just before the engagement. Also she was not going to come back either to him or her family. No, not because she don’t want to come back but because she’s no more here in this very world to come back.  She has died.

This story is very romantic of its kind. Indeed, it lacks pace. But that can be pardoned looking at the seriousness of the story. If you are in love or gonna be in love or just wanna be in love, this is the book which you should read.

7 Khoon Maaf review

Anand, Jagdish, Baldev and myself went together for the ‘7 Khoon Maaf’.

My first reaction was “what a slow but awesome movie was that!”  Yet, there were some of us who found the movie as boring as any Bhojpuri movie flooding theatres these days. Such guys like only ‘ha ha ha ha’ kind of movies were you have to just laugh voluntarily even if it’s not a comedy scene. I don’t like such movies.

Undoubtedly not only the script but also the acting from Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Niel Nitin Mukesh and others are the strengths of the movie. Overall it is a complete package for the true and sensible movie lovers.

Some important attributes of ‘7KM’:

Most important was the acting from Priyanka Chopra. She has evolved as a class actress in this movie. We witnessed it before only in Fashion. I guess she’s gonno be a strong contender for best actress award this year.

The direction by Vishal Bharadwaj was good but not the best. The movie was a bit slower which gained the pace only in the ending. But the end was superb and classic. The Jesus plot that was created reminded me  Pyaasa (1957) directed by Guru Dutt. This was the best part of the movie which I liked

The script is written by Ruskin Bond based on his novel ‘Susanna's Seven Husbands’. Susanna is a girl who is in search of true love, a person who will love her for ever but every time she thinks she has got  it, because of her evil fate destiny refuses to say so! This goes on six times ending in brutal murder of her husbands by her. In the end she finds that everything is worthless. There after she goes in the aegis of Jesus Christ and becomes a Nun with confession of all her mistakes that she did in her life time.

The music by vishal bharadwaj himself  in the movie was relaxing. Almost all the numbers were listenable and according to the need of the story. Especially ‘oh mama’, ‘bekaraan’ and most popular ‘darling’.

This movie is definitely a once more go.

An Small Business Idea with Big Potential.

I was just reading the book by Rashmi Bansal. There I observed many entrepreneurs leaping forward with a very basic idea which could did not strike anyone else. Like Mr. Bikamchandani did bring out with naukri.com. The business starts with one very basic idea and entrepreneurs births with capitalizing that idea into his enterprise.

Here I put mine one which just stroke me.

See, nowadays lot many colleges, especially, the engineering ones have cultural festivals(ours was Aarohi). Everyone of them tries to make it as large as possible. The fund for that event is gathered in terms of sponsorship by the students or in many cases the college donates some amount. So, most of these colleges  have the Band Contest. So idea goes like this.

We’ll make a portal to organize the total planning of these events i.e. Event Management. It will include contacting the affordable and best band in a particular budget. Looking after everything right from sound system, publicity (I was in publicity committee, for that matter), location management, crowd handling and everything.

We gonno charge a minimum amount that should be worth spending from students side. And at the end of the day what anybody wants  is kam me bum (maximum in minimum) and satisfaction.
